Welcome to AI Social Mirror (the "App", "Service"). By downloading, installing, or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By using AI Social Mirror, you confirm that you are at least 13 years old (or the legal age of digital consent in your country) and agree to be legally bound by these terms. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.

2. Use of Service

AI Social Mirror provides AI-powered analysis of conversational text to translate vibes, calculate chemistry scores, identify flags, and suggest replies.

  • Ownership of Content: You represent and warrant that you have the right or permission to input the conversations you upload or paste into the App. You remain the sole owner of any text input you submit.
  • Responsible Use: You agree not to use the Service for any unlawful, harassing, malicious, or abusive activities, or to generate spam or harmful messages.

3. Plus Subscriptions and Payments

Premium features are available through AI Social Mirror Plus subscriptions, which are billed in advance on a recurring monthly or yearly basis.

  • Billed Transactions: Subscriptions are managed directly through Apple App Store and Google Play billing systems. All refunds, payment disputes, and subscription management are subject to their respective store rules and terms.
  • Cancellation: You can cancel your subscription at any time through your mobile device's subscription settings. Active subscription cycles are non-refundable.

4. Disclaimers and Limitations of Liability

AI Social Mirror provides analyses for entertainment and personal guidance purposes only.

  • No Professional Advice: The vibe checks, scores, and replies generated by our AI models are suggestive and probabilistic. We make no guarantees about the accuracy or outcomes of the suggested replies. The App should not replace professional relationship, legal, or occupational advice.
  • As-Is Service: The Service is provided on an "as-is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, AI Social Mirror will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of the App.

5. Intellectual Property

All app branding, layout designs, design tokens, logos, algorithms, and software code are the exclusive intellectual property of AI Social Mirror and its licensors. You may not copy, reverse-engineer, or redistribute any part of our app properties.

6. Governing Law

These terms and your use of the Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the local laws of the parent company's registration, without regard to conflict of law principles.
